When doing the pitch, we introduced the title as 'Alice Springs' this is because we wanted the name of the girl to be the title. The second name 'springs' refers to the forest we filmed in. This 'happy' second name is a juxtaposition to the thriller.
However, our teacher, Mary, told us the title sounded to upbeat for a thriller, this is why we decided to change the name. After putting it off for so long, we finally came up with a title. We started off brainstorming words that related to the opening. One of these words were 'Paranoia', which we googled for further research.
After this we came across tge word 'Paranoiac' which is a paranoid mental state. This relates to Nathans obsession with the killing.
